Paris Saint Germain set their Eyes on Morocco’s international Yassine Bounou

Following Sergio Rico’s injury last May and with Keylor Navas on his way out of Paris, Paris Saint-Germain are searching for a new backup goalkeeper to join Gianluigi Donnarumma ahead of next season.

They seem to have set their sights on Yassine Bounou.

According to Fabrice Hawkins of RMC Sport, the Sevilla shot-stopper, known for his solid experience and reliability, has emerged as a top target for the French giants. And discussions have already commenced between PSG and the player.

Morocco’s Yassine Bounou has emerged as a strong contender for the role, converging reports have indicated.

The RMS Sport report suggests that PSG sees Bounou as an attractive option due to his wealth of experience and consistent performances over the past several seasons, especially his outstanding saves at the World Cup. The potential transfer fee for Bounou is estimated to be around €15 million.
